Security Policy

The Mingle Movement Pty Ltd · Last updated: August 2026

Payment security

When purchasing from The Mingle Movement, card details are transmitted through a secure, encrypted connection directly to our PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Card data is not hosted or stored by The Mingle Movement after processing — we only ever hold a provider reference, the last four digits and the card expiry so you can recognise your own payment method.

We never ask for full card numbers by email, SMS or during a video call. If anyone does, it is not us — please report it to hello@theminglemovement.com.

Site and account security

  • All traffic to this website is served over HTTPS with modern TLS encryption.
  • Passwords are hashed by our identity provider and are never visible to us or to staff.
  • Data is encrypted at rest, and access to member data is restricted by row-level security rules.
  • Video dates are peer-to-peer encrypted in transit and the video and audio are not recorded.
  • Sensitive documents such as verification photos are held in private storage with time-limited access links.
  • Administrative access is limited to named accounts and is audit-logged.

Fraud prevention

Identity and liveness checks are required before a member can call anyone, automated content checks screen uploaded photos, and unusual payment activity is monitored. Suspicious accounts are suspended pending review.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe your account has been compromised, or you have found a security weakness, email hello@theminglemovement.com with the subject "Security". We investigate every report and will confirm receipt.
